Notes on Registration

Therefore, we have a few guidelines and policies that are different from other conferences you may have attended.

Multi-Employee Discounts:

• We do offer multi-employee discounts after four employees - must be same company on name badge. (please contact us prior to registering)
• All coupons and discounts must be applied at the time of registration. There are no post-registration discounts available.

• We use airline/hotel style stair-step pricing. We will slowly increase the price as we get closer to the conference as our costs also increase.
• We do not offer one day only tickets.
• All coupons and discounts must be applied at the time of registration. There are no post-registration discounts available.
• We do not offer .org discounts, .edu discounts, student discounts, or nonprofit discounts.
• There are no post-registration discounts. You snooze - you lose on coupons.

• We use progressive pricing (similar to air line fares or hotel rates). As we get closer to the show, the price will consistently increase. That is true for a full conference pass, as well as a exhibit hall pass.
• We can not extend discounts or early bird pricing after the dates indicated. If a payment is not made by the deadline, then the current pricing is in effect. Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Payments by postal mail must be posted marked prior to the increase date, and must be received within one week of the date.
  • Faxed orders must be received 48 hours before the pricing deadline.
  • Wire transfers must be completed 24 hours prior to the deadline.
