Notes on Registration It is our commitment to keep PubCon affordable for all of our attendees. From the one person mom-n-pop shop to the multinational corporation, we want this conference to be accessible to all Internet business people. Therefore, we have a few guidelines and policies that are different from other conferences you may have attended. Multi-Employee Discounts: We do offer multi-employee discounts after four employees - must be same company on name badge. (please contact us prior to registering) All coupons and discounts must be applied at the time of registration. There are no post-registration discounts available. Coupons and Discounts: We use airline/hotel style stair-step pricing. We will slowly increase the price as we get closer to the conference as our costs also increase. We do not offer .org discounts, .edu discounts, student discounts, or nonprofit discounts. There are no post-registration discounts. You snooze - you lose on coupons. Pricing and Specials Deadlines We use progressive pricing (similar to air line fares or hotel rates). As we get closer to the show, the price will consistently increase. That is true for a full conference pass, as well as a exhibit hall pass. We can not extend discounts or early bird pricing after the dates indicated. If a payment is not made by the deadline, then the current pricing is in effect. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payments by postal mail must be posted marked prior to the increase date, and must be received within one week of the date. Faxed orders must be received 48 hours before the pricing deadline. Wire transfers must be completed 24 hours prior to the deadline. Registration Check In: Full conference attendees may pick up their badge at the following hours at the North 4 Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center: Pre-Conference: Monday Nov. 10, 1pm-5pm Day One: Tuesday Nov. 11, 7am-5pm Day Two: Wednesday Nov. 12, 7am-5pm Day Three: Thursday Nov. 13, 7am-1pm Exhibit hall only badges may be picked up at the North 4 Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center: Day Two: Wednesday Nov. 12, 7am-5pm Day Three: Thursday Nov. 13, 7am-1pm PubCon only badges may be picked up on: Day Four: Friday Nov. 14 at 1:30pm at the PubCon venue.
