major keynote address from Google’s Matt Cutts.
As Google’s head of webspam, Cutts and his Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 keynote address is even more highly anticipated than any of his previous Pubcon keynotes, as the Google engineer is expected by many in the search industry to take the wraps from and further explain Google’s two most recent important changes that affect online businesses worldwide.
Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 will also be the primary conference that provides new updates on Twitter and Microsoft, from Russ Laraway, director of SMB at Twitter, who will give Twitter’s first major presentation at Pubcon, and Derrick Wheeler, Microsoft senior SEO architect, who will present his firms latest insight during several sessions throughout the week of Pubcon.
Expanding on the company-specific insights presented by the likes of Google, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Microsoft will be big-picture social media, search, and digital marketing observations, news, and digital forecasts from some of the industry’s top players, including Scott Stratten, popular digital marketing personality and president of UnMarketing, who will present his own major keynote during Pubcon Las Vegas 2013.
As if that weren’t enough, another high-anticipated major Pubcon keynote exploring what is happening in today’s multi-billion-dollar social-media-driven world will come from Jason Calacanis, noted Internet entrepreneur, angel investor, and chief executive and founder at Inside.com, who will kick off the week at Forbes must-attend conference Pubcon Las Vegas 2013.
A vast slate of over 150 impressive sessions throughout the week will feature many other notable social media industry thought leaders, including Forbes top ten social media power influencer Warren Whitlock, Marty Weintraub, president at aimClear, Sage Lewis, chief executive at SageRock Inc., who will also be providing live coverage throughout Pubcon Las Vegas 2013, and hundreds more of the world’s top technology speakers.
The energy at Pubcon will also be evident at the largest exhibit hall in the event’s 13-year history, including a Search Engine Journal booth featuring an open bar and a number of the firm’s speakers who will be among the 250 experts presenting throughout the week, including founder Loren Baker, editor John Rampton, and others.
Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 Platinum sponsor Internet Marketing Ninjas will also be livening up the record-setting exhibit hall, giving attendees the opportunity to meet with some of the firm’s technology visionaries who will be speaking during the week, including company founder and chief executive Jim Boykin, senior marketing analyst Joe Hall, community and branding manager Ann Smarty, sales and marketing manager Jennifer Van Iderstyne, among other ninja speakers at Pubcon.
With the sharp and oftentimes difficult to anticipate zigging and zagging that has gone on in the social media and online marketing world this year, Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 is now more than ever the prime place to learn both where the industry is currently and where it’s headed, in the uniquely frank and insightful fashion that is trademark Pubcon style.
Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 begins on Monday, October 21 with an optional day-long Masters Group Training program featuring former Google AdWords leader Frederick Vallaeys, Facebook marketing expert and BlitzMetrics founder and chief executive Dennis Yu, and many others, and the conference continues through Thursday the 24th with 10 tracks of cutting-edge sessions, keynotes, and after-hours networking events.
There’s still time to register and attend if you’re not already among the many thousands heading to the entertainment capital of the world to attend Pubcon Las Vegas 2013 at the Las Vegas Convention Center next week.
