Monday, October 6 – 10:30 am to 5:00 pm

What are the expo hall hours?

Tuesday, October 7 – 9:35 am to 3:30pm
Wednesday, October 8 – 9:35 am to 3:30pm

When is booth breakdown scheduled?

Wednesday, October 8 – 3:30 pm to 8:30pm

What is included with my full size (10X10 or larger) booth space?

  • One six foot table per 100 sq ft.
  • Two side chairs.
  • Waste basket.
  • Small booth sign with company name on it.
  • Standard pipe and drapery (10ft back, 3ft sides).

Pubcon Account Question

How can I access our company Pubcon account?

The primary contact for the company should receive an email with the url, username and password. The primary contact is the person listed as the “contact name” on the online registration form.

What can I do within the Pubcon account?

The Pubcon account allows you to:

  • View a list of general information related to exhibiting at Pubcon
  • Update contact and billing information
  • View your invoice
  • Email an invoice to yourself
  • Register your booth staff for Pubcon
  • View the most recently updated expo booth grid

What is the “lead tracking” and how does it work?

We offer lead tracking “scanners” for a small fee to exhibitors. The captured information includes name and general contact information and is not customizable. Exhibitors will receive their scanner just prior to the Exhibition hall being opened. Scanners will be collected at the end of the two day expo hall time and exhibitors will be sent an email with a csv format of the collected data.

Company Logos, Ads, and Formats

What logo sizes and formats do you need?

We will be using your logo both online and in traditional print media so it is important that we get a high resolution graphic. Ideally, we would like a scalable vector image such as pdf or eps. If that is not available please email the largest format that you have.

What is the company blurb that you asked for?

The company blurb is a short profile or description of your company that will be used both on Pubcon.com and in the conference handbook. The profile will help us inform attendees about you and your products/services and should be less than 500 words of straight text (no html).

What is the “full page conference book ad”?

As a part of the Pubcon Exhibitor package (10X10 booth and larger) you receive a full page color ad in the Conference Handbook given to all full conference attendees. The conference handbook will contain the schedule for the event, session details, a list of exhibitors and more.

When do I need to have the full page ad submitted and in what format?

In order to be assured your ad is included we need to receive it by 5:00 pm (central) Sept 12, 2014.

The format requirements are:

All files should be delivered in PDF format.
8.5 x 11 page size.
1/4 inch bleed. (Overall size 8.75X11.25)
Images 300 dpi.

How do I submit our logo and/or ad?

We are able to accept large format files through email so you can submit your logo, ad and/or company profile to the Conference Director (jeff at pubcon.com). We do not have FTP submission service available at this time.

Where will our logo show on Pubcon.com?

Your logo will be shown in rotation on Pubcon.com in the top right hand column of most pages. Your logo will link back to your company specific profile page. (Example: Internet Marketing Ninjas) Your company is also listed on the exhibitors and sponsors list page (Pubcon Exhibitors.

Conference Registration, Passes and Discounts

How many complimentary passes are included with our booth?

Each booth package will receive a specific number of exhibit hall booth staff passes. (Platinum and Gold Sponsors receive additional passes – see information at http://www.pubcon.com/exhibition/general#platinum.)

  • 10X10 booths receive 4 expo hall booth staff passes
  • 10X20 booths receive 6 expo hall booth staff passes
  • 20X20 booths receive 8 expo hall booth staff passes
  • Tabletops receive 2 expo hall booth staff passes

How do we register booth staff for Pubcon?

You can register these people by logging into your Pubcon account and clicking on the “register booth staff” link on the left hand side of the page.

Are booth staff able to go to sessions?

The booth staff will receive expo hall passes which only allow them into the expo area. Full conference passes (Gold or Platinum) must be purchased separately for any staff wanting to attend sessions.

If we have someone from our company speaking do they need to register and pay for the conference?

They do need to register but they will not need to pay. Speakers receive registration information along with session details through email.

What are the coupon codes that I see in my Pubcon account?

Each exhibitor receives ten coupons for 15% off of full conference passes and an unlimited number for 10% off which can be offered to customers and attendees. All coupons will expire on September 15, 2014. The coupon codes can be requested by contacting Jeff Randall (jeff at pubcon.com).

Will our conference passes be shipped to us?

No, booth staff passes will be picked up at the registration booth on site.

Contractor Services

How do I sign up for conference services like electricity, carpet, internet, etc…

The conference general contractor is Las Vegas Expo and you should hear from them through email. Las Vegas Expo will provide you with details on arranging for booth services as well as how to ship materials to the conference.


We have paid for a conference bag drop, when do you need our items?

The items must be sent directly to the Las Vegas Convention Center between Sept 22-26, 2014 in order to be included in the conference attendee bags.

Can our company get a copy of the conference attendees?

We do not make the conference attendee list available for free or for sale so collecting good contact information at your exhibit booth is very important.

Can our company get a copy of the press that will be attending the conference?

Yes, you can request a list prior to the conference here.
