Reminder: Conference goers will be coming in from all over the world. The international travelers and many
WebmasterWorld regulars will be in early and hanging out at the hotel.

At Conference Center, Boston Wyndham Tremont Hotel:
- 8:00a Conference Registration Desk Opens. On site registration opens.
- 8:00a Exhibit and eating room opens: The conference room with exhibitors and sponsor booths will open at this time to allow attendees an opportunity to meet and greet.
- 8:30a-9a Continental breakfast served: A light morning continental breakfast will be served in the conference room.
- 9:30a Opening Ceremonies - Welcome: Brief intro's and welcoming cerimonies.
- 9:50a-10:30a Sponsors Greetings: Each main event sponsor will have the opportunity to address the audience for a few minutes.
- 11:00a-12:00p Speaker Presentations:
Main speakers from several search engines will give brief presentations.

Matt Cutts: joined Google as an Engineer Software in January 2000. Previously, he worked on his "PHD in computer graphics" at the university of North Carolina with Chapel Hill. He published articles on the "office of the future" on the recognition of objects in the compressed images. Matt wrote application "Safe Search", the family filter used by Google.

Tim Mayer: Vice president of Fast Search and Transfer's Web Search Business Unit. Tim is responsible for the product direction of FAST Web Search as well as developing and managing relationships with web portals and business partners. Previously, as director of Product Management & Marketing at Inktomi Corporation, Mayer was responsible for the product direction of the Inktomi Web search engine. Prior to Inktomi, Mayer worked at Thomson & Thomson as the project manager of the SAEGIS and NameStake platforms. Mayer received an MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, Mass., and a BA in English Literature from Hobart College, Geneva, New York.

Paul Gardi: Senior Vice President of Search AskJeeves.
A native of South Africa, Gardi received his BA and MBA from Harvard University and is responsible for guiding the strategic growth and integration of Teoma Technologies, the engine that drives Ask Jeeves' search, into the Ask Jeeves Web Properties Group.
