Attendees will receive a conference bag full of event information. Included will be the conference handbook,
advertising flyers, and other promotional inserts. The bag will offers an enourmous opportunity for
advertising and branding long after the show has concluded.
Sponsorship does not include the production of bags. Costs associated with bag production are the responsibility
of the sponsor. Bags must be delivered to event staff no later than 14 days prior to event.
