We are proud to announce that Richard Rosenblatt of DemandMedia will be a PubCon keynote speaker this year. Richard has built, operated, and sold over $1.3 billion of Internet media companies. The most recently one would be when he served as Chief Executive Officer of Intermix Media, Inc. and Chairman of Myspace.com. Before that, in 1999, Richard sold iMALL, a company he founded in 1994 and served as Chairman and CEO, to Excite@Home for $565 million.
I was lucky enough to set down with Richard for an interview in DemandMedias home office in Santa Monica CA a few weeks ago. We will be posting that interview early next week. It was while I was interviewing Richard that I up and asked him to keynote PubCon.
