As Global Editorial Director for MIVA, Tor is responsible for setting editorial policy, strategy and best practice, with the aim of increasing ROI for advertisers. Formerly Head of Editorial Europe for MIVA, Tor's experience in vertical market, user intent and click analysis makes her an expert on listings performance. She works closely with the editorial and operational teams in all territories to develop special projects and linguistic solutions to improve click-through rates and increase conversions for MIVA advertisers.

Prior to MIVA, Tor was a senior editor at Wcities, a globally local multi-platform information service provider for the wireless, WAP, web and travel service industries. While there, Tor oversaw the creation of content across 6 European countries, and the localisation of over 3 million words of city content into 6 languages.

Tor holds a BA Hons in French & German from King's College, London, and speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Italian
