As the Founder / CEO of AXZM, Steve Floyd has worked hard to build the company he always wanted to work for. Steve's knowledge in the world of Open Source software (e.g. WordPress, Drupal and Joomla) combined with his organic Search Engine Marketing experience has positioned his company as one of the top digital marketing firms in North Texas - working with brands like Stevens Transport, K104, KBM Group and Hi-Line to name a few.

In the process of growing his own firm, Steve has done just about every job in the field. Starting his career in the early 2000's working in graphic design for print & web and eventually evolving his skills in LAMP development as well as SEO / Inbound Marketing, Steve is a self-taught, self-made entrepreneur who forged his career in the weeds.

His experience and understanding of all aspects of production has provided the leadership, training, process and strategy that's kept AXZM growing every year since it was founded.

Steve is also the founder and organizer of the Dallas Content Strategy Meetup - one of the oldest groups of it's kind in the nation as well as a Board Member of the Dallas - Ft Worth Search Engine Marketing Association (DFWSEM).
