Ricardo Guerrero (@ggroovin on Twitter) created all but a few of Dell's Twitter accounts (listed at www.dell.com/twitter) and established the strategy for Dell's corporate Twitter presence. Since launching in June 2007, the @DellOutlet Twitter was primarily responsible for $1M in sales for Dell via Twitter. In addition to his role at Dell, Guerrero is a devoted "Twitterpreneur" with two Twitter startups in development: one is in stealth mode, while www.Stwittergy.com is developing a Twitter follower metrics service and consultancy for businesses using Twitter. Guerrero is also writing an online book with Robert Quigley, who tweets as @statesman for the Austin American - Statesman, titled "Stwittergy: How to Use Twitter for Your Business." Guerrero's volunteering efforts include serving as the board treasurer of the non-profit cooperative housing association North American Students of Cooperation (www.nasco.coop). In his spare time (now meager), Guerrero enjoys watching films, dining out, and traveling with his wife as well as tasting wines and beers.
