Peter joined Ask.com in 2005 and currently works as a Product Manger in the Search Technology group.

Prior to Ask.com, Peter worked as an engineer at Oracle Corporation in Japan and Silicon Valley where he worked on internationalization of the database and was also responsible for bringing regular expression support to Oracle SQL.

Peter is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has authored several publications on database and search related topics.

Hailing from North East England, Peter now resides in the sunny half of San Francisco.
