Josh Gampel is one of the nation's most experienced staffing executives for the internet marketing industry. Over the last six years Josh has helped companies such as Microsoft, Petsmart, Musician's Friend, Staples, Iron Mountain, TripAdvisor and ADP among others, identify the best talent available to drive their internet marketing strategies. Josh serves as Vice President for Onward Search, the nation's leading provider of internet marketing talent, and leads a team that specializes in helping companies develop both project-based and permanent staffing solutions for a wide spectrum of needs to include strategic consulting, SEO, SEM, social media, and web analytics.

Prior to joining Onward Search, Josh served as the Director of Internet Recruitment for Mangieri Solutions, a nationwide executive search firm. In this role, he built a highly successful division dedicated to placing internet marketing professionals at Fortune 1000 companies.

Josh lives in southern Connecticut and enjoys snowboarding, watersports, college football and hiking with his black lab.
