Joost is a freelance consultant in SEO, web development and online marketing strategy, working for clients such as eBay, RTL, Salesforce and the European Patent Office. Before that he was Internet Strategist at OrangeValley – a consultancy agency focused on increasing online revenue – and search strategist at Onetomarket, an online marketing agency. While working there he advised companies like Conrad, KLM, Wegener, VNU and het Financieel Dagblad (the Dutch Financial Times).
Next to his work as an SEO consultant, public speaker and developer, Joost has built many a plugin for WordPress (over 3,5 million downloads) and Firefox, he hosts the weekly WordPress Podcast and bloggs on WordPress and SEO.
