Sr Manager, Global Demand Creation
Jonathan Munk is a Sr Manager of Interactive at Skullcandy, where he is responsible for customer acquisition through paid search, affiliate marketing, retargeting, shopping engines and organic search. He has also established the company's customer retention, satisfaction and loyalty programs and drives strategy for Skullcandy's digital branding initiatives through social and other channels. Previous to Skullcandy he developed and managed the CRM program at Neutron Interactive, an Inc 500 startup focused on outreach marketing. Jonathan started his career working in content development and public relations at at HP, where he also established the email marketing program for one of HP's small business divisions. His degree is from Brigham Young University in Communications.
