Carolyn Shelby has been involved in developing and marketing Internet technologies since 1994, when she was the managing partner of an Internet Service Provider near Purdue University.

She has been professionally designing and developing Web sites for businesses and not-for-profit groups of all sizes since 1995. She specializes in rehabbing under performing/out-dated Web sites and helping corporations adjust their structure and focus to make the most of new media and integrate "search awareness" into their corporate culture.

Carolyn is the Web Experience Manager for United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and is responsible for all of the UWMC Web properties and those of their Member United Way Agencies.
