Known in the SEO business as MakeMeTop, Barry is a moderator on several SEO/SEM discussion forums and a Senior Member (and supporter) of WebmasterWorld. Based in Northern Ireland, Barry had worked in the computer industry for over 20 years in the UK, Europe, Taiwan and the USA before founding MakeMeTop in 1998.

Barry has spoken at conferences such as Search Engine Strategies and the WebmasterWorld Conferences on many aspects of search engine marketing and writes occasional (but often quoted) articles on specific aspects of the industry for several of the leading SEM journals and blogs. His company now services some 200 clients with their performance based traffic delivery system in countries throughout the World.
