A high-octane Internet marketing pioneer, Angela brings a unique blend of Web 2.0 innovation and tried-and true direct marketing testing and optimization tactics. A recent addition to the AppAssure team, Angela is responsible for branding, messaging, positioning, and most importantly, generating high-quality leads to feed a very busy salesforce! In addition to 15 years of e-marketing consulting, she recently served as VP of Marketing and General Manager of Grab Network's video ad network, Commission Videos, where she was responsible for monetizing 25 million video streams a month. One of the first employees at Grab Networks (formerly Voxant) Angela developed the Long Tail, go-to-market strategy and took revenue from $5K a month to over $2 million a month directly impacting a successful acquisition in November 2008. Previous to her tenure at Grab Networks, Angela launched the Direct-to-Consumer Mobile Content Division of Airborne Entertainment and served as Director of Marketing and a Brand Manager for mobile content providers, Opera Telecom USA. She also ran corporate marketing and inside sales for enterprise software start-ups mPortal and Engenia Software.
