As Senior Director of Local products, Ali Diab is responsible for overall product strategy and development for Yahoo! Local. His work includes managing top products such as Yahoo! City Guides, Yahoo! Local, Yahoo! Maps and Yahoo! Yellow Pages. Ali has been with the company for two years, beginning his career at Yahoo! as the director of Product Management of Yahoo! Search.Prior to joining Yahoo!, Ali worked as co-founder and CEO of BuildPoint, a company that provides general contractors with software for managing subcontractor data, tracking performance, and bidding construction projects. Ali has also worked as a product unit manager for Microsoft and was chief product officer at T-Mobile Online.
Ali holds an SB and AB from Stanford University and an MBA and MPhil from Oxford University.
