Adam is currently the director of search engine and affiliate marketing at leading integrated online marketing and advertising agency, NetPlus Marketing Inc., (www.netplusmarketing.com) based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. He consults with a variety of leading online and traditional technology, pharmaceutical, professional services and retail corporations as well as non-profit organizations to define, craft, implement, and optimize search engine marketing and optimization campaigns. He also works with clients to maximize revenue generation from the affiliate sales channel as both the merchant and the affiliate. Adam speaks at a variety of industry conferences including Search Engine Strategies, the WebmasterWorld World of Search and eMarketing Association Events. Adam has specialized in the Internet and online marketing industry since 1996 when he served as an information architect and later marketing coordinator of interactive design firm Halo Technologies Limited (www.halotech.com). Following several years at Halo, Adam served as the online marketing coordinator at the conversion rate marketing specialist firm, Future Now (www.futurenowinc.com). While there, he was responsible for online marketing and promotion of client websites and publicizing the award-winning newsletter GrokDotCom. In addition to search engine marketing, Adam serves as a volunteer editor at some of the premier web directories including Zeal.com, the noncommercial section of the LookSmart directory, and the Open Directory Project where he has specialized in skiing and marketing categories since 1999. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. He is an avid skier, camper, mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast, which stems from his experiences that led to the achievement of Eagle Scout in 1992. He is a certified level 1 member of Professional Ski Instructors of America and has safely introduced thousands of people to the exhilaration of alpine skiing.
