“Jim and Internet Marketing Ninjas are the perfect crew to give WebmasterWorld the resources and commitment to keep the community strong for many years to come,” Tabke said.

 

Boykin, a long-time member and supporter of WebmasterWorld, was also happy with the acquisition.

Pubcon Inc., which runs the popular series of social media and optimization conferences, will continue operating as a separate entity from Internet Marketing Ninjas’ WebmasterWorld.

 

The acquisition will see WebmasterWorld director of forum operations Neil Marshall continuing his key role in the success of the online message forums under new owner Internet Marketing Ninjas.
